Main focus is Buy & Sell Side Quality of Earnings and Lending Due Diligence (e.g. field exams for lenders).•Bridge Lending – RedRidge, along with strategic partners, launched ExWorks Capital towards the end of 2014. The private debt fund provides domestic, import and export trade financing to businesses. The fund uses its own capital as well as carrying Delegated Authority granted by both the SBA and ExIm Bank.
