Qk4, Inc. is a civil engineering and planning consulting firm established in 1974. We offer a broad range of services to public and private sector clients, including transportation, bridge structures, water and wastewater, site/civil, construction inspection, traffic, planning, environmental, surveying, land acquisition, and Native American services.
