Prospects for Young People

Prospects has been established since 1994 and is focused on providing a 'continuity of care' for looked after children and young people with multiple and complex needs. We provide high standards of primary care and therapeutic/psychologically informed environments to meet individual placement requirements. Our range of services ensures that we have the flexibility to offer the right placement at the right time. Based in Wrexham, NE Wales our integrated services include Residential and Foster placements, Post 16 Transitional Care placements, Education at our independent registered special school, and care for children and young people with disabilities and complex health needs.
