In January 2016 Proquip was acquired by Hatfield and Company. We have kept our staff and our beliefs in helping the customer the same. With this acquisitions we have changed our name and joined in the Hatfield family with offices in Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and now Illinois. This is a great merge for both companies. Proquip has been helping customers solve their application and instrumentation needs since 1958. We are a full stocking distributor and factory representative for the best brands in the business including Yarway, Bindicator, Ashcroft, Penberthy, Cashco and Valve Concepts. GENERAL HISTORYProquip, Incorporated was started in 1958 as a manufacturer’s representative and distributor to cover the Northern Illinois and Indiana areas. Originally located in the Chicago Loop, the company is now situated in LaGrange, IL.
