With the recent acquisition of Effekta based near Luton, the Powervamp business has expanded into the emergency lighting systems, backup power systems, and UPS frequency converters market.
Powervamp Racing – the company’s racing division – has also built a reputation worldwide over the past 10 years as the one-stop shop for racing batteries and related accessories.
Operating through its factories in the South West and South East of England, Powervamp is fully ISO 9000-9002 accredited, and offers customers bespoke solutions to complex power problems and off-the-shelf ranges of professional products. The company also offers specialist support services around the world using its own engineers and qualified agents/distributors.
Powervamp's game-changing Coolspool GPU range offers a higher than average 28 volts, and is currently in use in the UK, Africa, Iceland, USA, South America, Japan and New Zealand.
