Pima County ITD Technology Training

"Do you know what you don't know?"Pima County Information Technology Department (ITD) has recognized a need to help train County employees on how to use Microsoft Office products effectively in order to make your work easier and more efficient.As of July of 2019, ITD began offering courses in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook and has expanded the list of training subjects throughout the years. Also, there is no charge for taking our courses.ITD also has “Focused” training sessions on a variety of Office topics. These courses were created based on your feedback. They include: Excel PivotTables and PivotChartsExcel Functions and FormulasWord TablesWord Styles/Table of ContentsOutlook CalendarEach of the Focused training sessions will be approximately 1.5 hours in duration and will be scheduled bi-weekly in both the morning and afternoon to accommodate everyone’s work schedule. Sessions will typically be held in the 10th floor conference room located at 33 N. Stone Avenue.Employees can self-enroll for these classroom courses through the Learning Management System (LMS). Courses can be found in the Information Technology Category located on the right side of the LMS window.
