In partnership with leading companies in the trucking industry, PDA provides a long-term solution to the driver shortage by recruiting and retaining qualified drivers. PDA driver agents work to understand the individual needs of a driver, and then fit those needs to the hiring parameters of major trucking companies. PDA assists the driver in realizing his/her professional goals and assures for the company they are hiring a highly qualified, committed driver within the industry.
