Partnerships in Community Living, Inc. (PCL) is a dedicated not-for-profit organization headquartered in Monmouth, Oregon, that has been serving adults and children with developmental and intellectual disabilities since its establishment in 1986. With a mission to "Expand the Horizons and Enhance the Quality of Life of Those We Support," PCL is committed to fostering community integration and enhancing the well-being of individuals across Marion, Polk, Linn, Benton, Clackamas, Lane, Jackson, and Josephine Counties.

PCL provides a comprehensive range of services tailored to meet the unique needs of over 140 individuals in their own homes. These services include advocacy, skill development, and access to community resources, enabling clients to engage actively in social, recreational, and educational activities.
