PRESPECT

pRESPECT aims to empower talented underrepresented people in society to move into meaningful jobs by providing intensive personal career development courses. To develop potential, we use group workshops, one-to-one coaching, proactive employment preparation, employer engagement, and networking events. Confidence is increased when a person is valued, provided with equal access and given opportunities to work with guidance to progress to long term career choices. We merge digital technology, practical work-readiness workshops and drama training to build confidence and resilience within a supportive network to provide paid placements and in-work aftercare. pRESPECT will bring employers and prospects together to develop an actionable system that supports and works towards increasing and improving diversity in the workforce, while understanding and breaking down the barriers to work. pRESPECT LTD sister company pRESPECT HUB CIC is currently funded by the Scottish Government, Hunter Foundation SIP fund and Capital City Partnership.
