About Oregon Coast Community Action

Oregon Coast Community Action (ORCCA) has been combating poverty on Oregon's south coast since 1965 serving Coos, Curry, and Coastal Douglas Counties.

We are a non-profit network of programs that feed, house, warm and educate people. Our joint administration provides cost effective ways to manage and develop programs to meet the needs of the communities we serve. We strive to provide families with help up and out of poverty.

Our Departments include: South Coast Head Start, Early Head Start, South Coast Regional Early Learning Hub, South Coast Food Share, Essential Services (Housing, Energy, & Weatherization Services),Court Appointed Special Advocates (CASA), South Coast Families First (FAST, STEP, & FS&C), Administration, Finance, IT, & Development
