We maintain a full complement of advanced metrology tools that includes an atomic force microscope, an automated CARY 7000 spectrophotometer, Frontier Optica FTIR Spectrometer, ZYGO Interferometer, and several additional precision quantification systems for quality monitoring and process investigation.
