Founded in 2001 by current CEO, Ken Anderson, The One Solution Group based in Glasgow and London was created to provide clients with an outstanding financial consultancy service. Since its inception, the Group has achieved high growth across its four core companies of One Financial Planning, One Wealth Management, One Risk and One Mortgages.

As a Group we invest in young professionals looking for a career in financial services. This is a deliberate strategy as the Group also benefits from a wealth of experience. This blend of youth and experience is central to our future strategy. Young professionals joining the Group are supported by One Academy, our in-house training initiative.

As a Group, we pioneered the concept of integrated financial services offering a broad and deep client proposition. This maximises the value of our client base and delivers a broad range of product and service expertise to our clients.

Our fundamental strategy is to continue to look for talent to help us drive the business forward.

We are also a company with a conscience: One 4 Kids, our registered charity, was founded in 2005, and has donated almost half a million pounds to children's charities worldwide to date.
