Oakleaf Commercial Services Ltd provides housing repairs, construction, bespoke joinery and PVCu doors and windows as well as Grounds Services, in the West Midlands region.Part of The Community Housing Group in Kidderminster, we are contractors and work in partnership for a number of Local Authorities, Housing Associations and Schools and Colleges across the county. We are accredited to a number of trade and industry associations, including NICEIC – approved contractor, CHAS (Contractors Health & Safety Assessement Scheme), BALI (British Association of Landscape Industries) and Constructionline.The construction team specialises in property adaptations, modernisations and conversions from the planning stage right through to completion. Using multi-skilled tradespeople, a full range of services is offered from surveying and technical advice to carpentry and bricklaying.The responsive repairs division covers small scale plumbing right through to major brickwork and plastering which demonstrates the versatility of the workforce that are mainly directly employed.Oakleaf Grounds Services provide a complete landscaping, grounds care and arboricultural service to many commercial businesses and are able to offer services such as playing field maintenance, planting and landscaping, and tree care and management.The Doors and Windows subsidiary offers a complete bespoke joinery service that also includes staircases, architraves, gates and sheds, and our PVCu workshop is providing doors and windows for housing association properties.
