O-Net Technologies (Group) Limited ("O-Net Group") was established in October 2000 as a wholly foreign-owned enterprise engaged in high technology industry and has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited since April 2010 with stock code 877. O-Net takes a leading position in the high technology industry included optical networking, automation and touch panel industry. Our Business Our current business scope included optical networking, automation and touch panel industry. Optical networking division mainly supplies passive optical networking subcomponents, components, modules and subsystems used in high-speed telecommunications and data communications networks. We design, manufacture and sell our products, offer our customers customized solutions and packaging of highly-integrated subsystems as well as develop tailer-made products based on our customers' product designs and specifications. We have developed a unique business model including proprietary technology platforms and systems that cater to the needs of high-speed and intelligent optical networks. We build up broad product line including the products to expand optical bandwidth, amplify optical signals, monitor and protect wavelength performance, re-direct light signals, and assist signal transmission across the optical networks. Optical networking system vendors use our products to enhance the performance of optical networks and provide networks with flexible and scalable bandwidth to support the increases of data traffic on the Internet, public and specific networks. By leveraging our solid experiences, Automation division supplies automation equipment and comprehensive automation solutions to the customers. Touch panel division focus on development of next generation touch-screen technology and expects to be steadily recognized by the customers.
