Neuromotion Physiotherapy Clinics are uniquely positioned to treat people with neurological impairments. At Neuromotion we are dedicated to providing our clients with the best rehabilitation we can and, as part of that, we are the only clinics in the lower mainland and Victoria that have a Lokomat gait training system. The Lokomat is a state-of-the-art robotic device which partially or completely replaces the need for manual assistance when walking on a treadmill. The system provides a safe solution for mobilization, counteracts the negative effects of immobility, and can be effective at improving over-ground walking. Furthermore as Neuromotion strives to maximize the functional recovery and physical fitness of individuals with neurological injuries, we not only want our clients to work hard in the clinic but to display their efforts beyond the walls of Neuromotion. Our Out & About program is designed to provide opportunities for our clients to be engaged in physical and social activities outside of the clinic and in the community. So we organize group programs and help individuals to participate in adapted activities/sports in collaboration with other organizations in the lower mainland and Victoria.
