Montgomery Village Health Care Center is a premier provider of Short Term Rehabilitation, Post Acute, Dementia, Hospice, Respite, Wound, IV Care, and Long Term Care. Montgomery Village Health Care Center is conveniently located off 270, Exit 11 in the heart of Montgomery Village — within walking distance to local shops and restaurants.Skilled Medical Services include Intravenous Therapies, Wound Care, Respiratory and Cardiac Services, while skilled Rehabilitation Services include Physical, Occupational, Speech and Respiratory for persons who have had a stroke, been in an accident, suffered a fracture, or had a joint replacement. Therapy Services are provided by our own Therapists in our Rehabilitation Center. General and Restorative Services provide assistance with daily living needs including bathing, dressing and assistance with eating.Montgomery Village Health Care Center accepts most managed care, private pay, federal and state funded programs.
