MIDTOWN HEALTH CENTER is committed to providing the highest quality of health care possible to the residents of Norfolk, Madison, West Point and the surrounding areas in Northeast Nebraska. We are committed to serving the insured, uninsured, and under insured. A sliding fee scale is available to make treatment affordable to those without insurance or on a limited income. Fees are calculated based on household size and documents annual income level. All patients, even those with insurance are welcome to apply for a sliding fee to help defer out of pocket expenses.
