The protocols developed by MEDEX are designed to include the three areas that make up a training program: The cardiovascular area, stretching and muscle strengthening. Whether the purpose is to rehabilitate, prevent or work in the area of high performance, protocols are designed comprehensively, giving equal importance to these three aspects of training taking into account the particularities of each user, as well as the goals and objectives wishing to achieve specific, basing programs depending on what they want, can and should do. This allows us to create custom programs, seeking maximum efficiency in the shortest possible time and minimizing the risk of injury. Our Lumbar and Cervical Spine Rehabilitation Program is unique in Latin America, and in the last fifteen years has been our elite program recognized by several countries, having success in more than 80% in cases referred for surgery. Our High Performance Strengthening Program is divided into 4 phases (prevention, empowerment, competition and recovery) and is designed to optimize the performance of athletes, whether amateur or high competition, minimizing the chance of injury and programming workouts for maximum efficiency peak matches the competition stage.
