We specialize in commercial construction, renovations, historic restoration and multi-family residential projects in Washington, D.C., Maryland and Virginia. Our approximate annual volume is $80-100 Million.The Founder, Tom McCullough, is President of the company. Prior to starting McCullough Construction, Tom earned a degree in structural and civil engineering, worked as a structural engineer for four years at Bechtel Power Corporation and worked for seventeen years at a large commercial general contractor.Although the growing company has over 60 employees (including 4 project executives, 9 superintendents and 8 project managers), Tom is careful to limit the number of projects to ensure that he is personally involved in each one.
