MADISA was founded in 2002 as a spin-off to a family company with over 60 years in the Bolivian market. The company is multi-industry and is divided in four units: Food production (powder foods, confectionary and chocolates), Foods and Confectionary, Home Appliances, and Lighting and Energy. MADISA manages and distributes both private and global brands such as Kellogg's, Nissin, Marilan, Panasonic, Philips, Schneider, and Johnston Controls.
Our local brands such as ChocoLike and Celinda are set as tradition within local households. ChocoLike accounts for over 65% of the powder cocoa market share of the country.
