Lighthouse Veterinary Personnel Services® is a comprehensive veterinary resource for both veterinary practice owners and associate veterinarians. Based in the Midwest, we are owned and managed by veterinarians, and we work for veterinarians. Since 1988, Lighthouse Veterinary Personnel Services® has consistently focused on quality service, great communications, state-of-the-art medicine and, most importantly, treating each veterinary practice owner or associate veterinarian as we would like to be treated. Many times this philosophy has challenged us to find better solutions, but ultimately we developed techniques and systems that go well beyond what others in the veterinary personnel industry routinely provide.
