Voilà - ça c‘est LE CROBAG! Our petite France! LE CROBAG was established in early spring 1981 – at first called „Le Croissant“. The very first shop was located in the lobby of Hamburg Central Station (Wandelhalle). Nowadays there are round about 120 shops all over Germany, Austria and Poland. Day by day, more than 1250 staff members take our customers to „petite France“ with our delicious French specialties. Outstanding freshness and quality as well as friendly service and a French-inspired culinary delight – these are the three most important things we focus on for more than 35 years now! It’s the incomparable taste that makes us look into the happy faces of our customers. That is when we know – it’s worth the effort! The production starts in the heart of France following the procedure of typical French baking. We finalize our products with the same perfection and passion in our LE CROBAG shops.
