We specialise in decorated panels, architectural mouldings and modular furniture and can boast nearly five decades of manufacturing experience. In 1969 Lambson Building Products was set up with the sole purpose of manufacturing coated plywood panels for use in the construction industry. Things changed significantly in 1980s and through the '90s as investment saw the introduction of computerisation and modern machinery. By the turn of the century was established as one of the UK’s top supplies of plywood products to the caravan and holiday home markets.As part of ambitious expansion plans for the business, Lambson Building Products acquired the Yorkshire based, moulded profile manufacturer, Laminated Products in 2005. The merger led to significant growth in the core decorative panel business, while modernising and growing our product catalogue. Lambson Building Products and Laminated Products moved into a new 80,000ft² factory in Castleford, bringing together flat lamination and moulded profiles, along with cutting-edge CNC and edge banding technology.
