About Lakeshore Senior Communities

Lakeshore Senior Communities provide independent, assisted, nursing care and rehabilitative services. Our two campuses, The Meadows located in Bellevue and Heartland in Donelson, are conveniently located and serve senior residents in the greater Nashville, Tennessee area.

The Meadows has a senior independent housing community with one-level homes, emergency call system, social and recreational opportunities for residents. Lakeshore Meadows consists of Residential Home for the Aged (assisted level living); a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF), Intermediate, and Long-term care. Therapy is provided to residents needing Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy.The Meadows also has a secure Memory Care unit for those with dementia, Alzheimer's and other related conditions.

Heartland also has a senior independent housing community with one-level homes, emergency call system, and social and recreational opportunities for residents. is a Level I Medicaid certified facility and serves those needing Intermediate and Long-term care. Physical, Occupational and Speech therapy services are available.

Lakeshore is a non-profit organization, established in 1952 as a ministry of members of Nashville area Churches of Christ. The business operates as a 501(c)3 under the guidance of a Board of Directors.
