L'Arche Chicago

L'Arche Chicago is a community of people with and without disabilities sharing life together in faith. Mission We are people, with and without developmental disabilities, sharing life in communities belonging to an International Federation. Mutual relationships and trust in God are at the heart of our journey together. We celebrate the unique value of every person and recognize our need of one another. General Information Our community is anchored around two homes in the Oak Park area. In each home, four adults with disabilities ("core members"​) share life with assistants who come to stay for a year or more. Our office is located at 1011 Lake Street, Suite 403, Oak Park, IL 60301. Our homes are located at 1049 S. Austin Blvd, Chicago and 541 Ferdinand, Forest Park.
