Key Connections Consulting Inc. (KCC) is a family centered, multidisciplinary team of professionals dedicated to improving the lives of children, youth, and adults who are faced with challenges by supporting them to reach their full potential. OUR PRIMARY GOAL The primary goal of KCC is to advance individuals facing life's challenges toward a typical developmental path and provide them with the opportunity to lead meaningful lives in natural, inclusive settings. FAMILY CENTERED PRACTICE KCC works collaboratively with the families and interventionists to assess and prioritize the needs of the individual. Families are supported in becoming actively involved in planning, goal setting, prioritizing goals, implementing intervention strategies, and decision making.
