Having been a REALTOR® since 1987, I’ve found my business and life has lead me all across the lower mainland of Vancouver. When I started in real estate I worked in North Vancouver (where I was born and raised). After five years, I moved to Port Coquitlam. So, my business has spread from North Vancouver to Surrey and White Rock and every place in between. Over the years my clients have moved to different areas, and we’ve enjoyed working together so much that I have literally sold homes from WHISTLER to HORSEFLY and all points in between. As a real estate agent for over 31 years, I have learned many things about our area and our market, but I have especially learned a lot about my clients. The cool thing about having been a salesperson for such a long time is that I don’t have a client base; I have a friend base. I love all of my clients. I love hearing from them, getting caught up in their news, and seeing the changes take place in their lives. One of the things I say to all of my first-time clients is: ” Choose a real estate agent you like; trust and enjoy their company.” This is the most important financial commitment you are going to make. Residential real estate is my area of expertise. As I have sold real estate for so long, I have found my clients have moved to all different areas of the Lower Mainland and the Fraser Valley. I have made those journeys with them. I’ve literally sold hundreds of strata units, and I am very well versed in all the do’s and don’ts of what a strata sale entails.
