About Jigsaw-Wales

We are a charitable group formed to facilitate peer support for individuals with mental health illness and to support carers. We hold; informal coffee mornings, invite speakers to hold talks on various subjects such as fitness, medication or diet, we hold art and activity afternoons including jewellery making, creative writing, poetry and origami to name but a few, our sessions commence at 12:30pm and finish at 3:30pm approx, every Monday and Thursday afternoon.
