Health and Fitness Education (HFE) is one of the UK’s leading providers of [L1] nationally accredited fitness instructor and personal trainer qualifications. All of these qualifications are specifically designed to help students forge a successful and rewarding career in the health and fitness profession. Our courses, which combine the flexibility of home-study with the reliability of face-to-face training, are delivered from our regional training centres located throughout the UK. These centres include London, Manchester, Birmingham, York, Cardiff, Doncaster and Warrington.
