On January 13th, INTECH Construction celebrated the completion of its 37th year in business as a Philadelphia-based Construction Manager and General Contractor. Founded by Craig “Sab” Sabatino and Will Schwartz in 1986, the firm has evolved from its humble beginnings to become a major Philadelphia presence, constructing many prominent projects in the region.
