SPANNER is an established Canadian womenswear company that produces and sells 4 branded contemporary women’s wear lines: Inspired Style, Agel, Active and Tonia DeBellis. The lines are distributed to over 1,000 fine specialty stores across North America, Australia and Europe. Unique in its diversity, SPANNER seasonally markets mini sportswear collections that offer multiple wardrobe options that allow women to create their own signature “Inspired Style”. SPANNER is designed to fit real women in sizes XS-XXL & 2-18; & select Women’s styles in sizes 1X-3X & W14-W24. Agel is our new line offering casual weekend sophisticated novelty knitwear imported from abroad. THE STORY “Inspired Style” by Spanner is an established international, lifestyle brand that continues to offer the fashion savvy customer a timeless collection of modern, stylish sportswear. For the discerning woman who expects trend right, market driven styling, exceptional quality, and a fit that flatters real women, Spanner is the answer. We have developed loyal relationships with our customers and encourage constant feedback- it is important for us to know how we were doing in our continuous improvement efforts. Our focus groups told us that many of our customers who bought our sporty items such as shorts, polos and skorts. The feedback indicated that there was a real gap in the women’s sport market for fashionable options that reflected our customers’ sense of style. Which lead to the decision to offer an expanded assortment of ladies’ sport separates.
