Robin McCall started Infinitive Solutions in 2013. While working alongside her husband Terry McCall, (who started his own minority owned staffing firm in 2003), Robin knew that providing staffing solutions was her calling. Prior to becoming a successful business woman, Robin had two strong female role models that fueled her passion to make a difference. She had long admired her grandmother’s success as a business civic leader in the Community during the 1960’s; during what was a pivotal era for women and the beginning of what has become our modern day diverse culture. She was then further inspired by her mother in law’s entrepreneurial spirit. Evelyn McCall put her sons through college as an Avon Representative. These two women carved their respective paths through: self-belief, perseverance, strength, dedication, hard work and by embracing diversity. They are the guiding principles upon which Infinitive Solutions runs it business today. Infinitive solutions started with a small vision, providing staffing solutions within the Educational space. However, seeing the need and opportunities to expand its reach to clients and candidates alike, today, the company partners with Government, Medical and Educational Facilities to provide staffing, consulting and payroll solutions. It leverages over 15 years of staffing industry leadership and expertise.
