ICN NP/APN Network Conference

The Nurse Practitioner Association of Nova Scotia (NPANS) in collaboration with the International Council of Nurses (ICN) and the Canadian Nurses Association (CNA) will be hosting the 11th ICN Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Practice Nursing Network Conference 2020 in Halifax, Nova Scotia – one of the oldest cities in Canada, renowned for its warm, vibrant and music steeped culture.The conference is one of the largest international meetings on advanced practice nursing. With more than 1,000 advanced practice nurses such as nurse practitioners, clinical nurse specialists, nurse anesthetists, nurse midwives, and nurse consultants, along with researchers, educators, administrators, policymakers and students expected to attend, the conference promises to be an exciting and rewarding opportunity to learn together. Our conference theme challenges us to look forward and to set the foundation for developing and expanding the reach and impact of the next generation of nurse practitioners and advanced practice nurses.
