About IService
iService is India's most trusted independent service network catering to on-demand repairs and service for iPhone, Macs and other personal gadgets.
It was started in 2013 by Ankit Chowdhary who was a techie at heart and had the problem of of fast and reliable service for his iPhone. Pratheek Kumar later joined at Co-Founder to lead the building of its proprietary technology platform which brought operational efficiency and predictability in the unorganised market. The company raised venture funding from Blume ventures in 2016 and later went on to acquired in part by Servify. The product and tech teams have joined Servify while all investors have exited.
The retail and service stores of iService still operate independently in Bangalore, India.
