About IHelpCo

Founder & President of iHelpCo, Alicia Scott has worked in a HELPS capacity for most of her life. Her first boss was her mom, who managed her own services business and needed someone to file paperwork and do accounting for her. Alicia was up to the challenge and learned excellence on her first real job with her mom. Alicia was in middle school/junior high at the time, beginning to learn early how valuable the *gift of helps* is.

Alicia has, for many, many years, been HELPing others achieve their very best. She believes that someone who is gifted to lead should lead and not waste time doing things that someone else can do. She believes that their are folks who lead and folks who support those who lead.

iHelpCo exists to support - in the most excellent way - those who lead and are gifted to be *out front* so to speak. We all know that the very best leaders have someone who supports them behind the scenes, making sure all the details get covered.
