Bringing together design, psychology and technology humanStreams exists to support our growth, wellness and broader society through what makes us essentially human – our need to know ourselves, and to know and be known by others. humanStreams works with what’s naturally available to us – our ability to creatively reflect and our closest relationships. By putting our thoughts, feelings and emotions in front of us we can more easily make sense of them. By sharing and supporting, we can come together. A wide body of research over many decades, including our own, has shown that letting out our thoughts - through writing, drawing, or other expressive modes - makes us healthier and happier. It helps us to find insight and feel the release of letting things out. Research also shows that strong, close personal relationships is one of the most powerful protective factors for our health, longevity and fulfillment, as humans.
