Home Instead Newcastle & Stoke is owned by husband and wife team Paul and Sandra Edden, who both share a clear vision of providing a service which enables people to remain living with dignity and independence in their own homes with the care and support that their team of CAREGivers provide. We focus on working with our Client, their family members and any other agency involved in providing personalised care services to ensure that the Client always remains in control of their care choices.The service that we provide is different to many care companies. All support is bespoke and individually planned for each client, with input to the planning always welcome from the client and their families or advocates. Visits are not rushed as Home Instead understand the importance of spending time supporting clients on a social and emotional level as well as getting the necessary 'jobs' done. We concentrate on building relationships between CAREGivers and clients, so continuity of staffing and introductions of CAREGivers to clients are of great importance.
