Our team comprises more than 50 highly skilled, dedicated business advisory and financial service professionals. Catalyst was formed in 2015 as an initiative out of hmh, to provide an advisory service exclusively tailored to family owned businesses. We’ve worked alongside many family owned businesses where too often the financial health of the business doesn’t tell the whole story and success isn’t necessarily just about making more profit.
