The company, with a total investment of US$29.8 million and a registered capital of US$12 million, is registered in Pudong New Area of Shanghai. Specialized in the development, production and sale of new advanced communication network management technologies, and network management application software, system integration, network planning and the provision of technical consultation services, Guoxin Lucent is committed to improving the efficiency of network operation in China to a high level.
