Guilford College

Established in 1837 in Greensboro, N.C., Guilford College provides students with the skills, experiences, and perspectives they need to create change in the world. The Guilford Edge, launched in fall 2019, is a totally reimagined educational experience that provides uncommon engagement in real-world learning for every student, every semester. Guilford's Division III athletics — known as the Quakers — are part of the Old Dominion Athletic Conference. Women's varsity teams include rugby, cross country, basketball, softball, lacrosse, soccer, tennis, swimming, triathlon, and volleyball. Men's varsity teams include basketball, baseball, football, cross country, lacrosse, golf, tennis, and soccer.With an average class size of 14, Guilford students find their Edge in a vibrant, student-centered environment where they explore 40-plus majors and 50-plus minors.
