Guangdong Technion-Israel Institute Of Technology [GTIIT]

The Guangdong Technion-Israel Institute of Technology (GTIIT) is a Sino-foreign cooperative educational institution established by Shantou University (STU) and Technion-Israel Institute of Technology (Technion) with independent legal person status. The university is located in the city of Shantou, Guangdong province. Ministry of Education approved GTIIT's formal establishment on December 5, 2016. GTIIT will be modeled on the Technion, a leading university in Israel and throughout the world. The vision of GTIIT is to become a world-class international university campus carrying out cutting-edge research in the fields of science and technology.
