GSI project teams are comprised of self-performing, in-house tower crews staffed to levels required to support various size customer projects. Utilizing our internal staff ensures that a cost effective, quality-driven approach is carried out throughout the entire project. We maintain an impressive professional staff, with both the education & experience, to support our field and tower crews as well as our turn-key services.Our construction teams include tower erection, line and antenna, civil and electrical crews, as well as technicians/installers. These teams support various scopes of work including new site builds, site modifications, equipment installation/optimization and site surveys/audits. Upon contract award, GSI will always perform a demand analysis of the scope of work and level of effort required so that we may dedicate specific teams to the program for the required period of performance. Our teams successfully support large national wireless customers and are available to all wireless programs globally. Every member of our self-performing staff will undergo a very rigorous orientation and training program to ensure all company policies, industry quality and safety standards are met.
