Gold Cross Home Care is dedicated to and recognized for our passion and commitment to serve, help, and enhance the quality of life and well being of others. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of care in a manner that contributes to the physical, psychological, social and spiritual well being of all clients and the community which we service. We provide a free, in-home assessment, which will help the individual to express his or her own needs. Our Registered Nurse will assess and identify areas, which require assistance and support. She will create a plan of care so that proper implementation of assistance related to personal care and or household management will occur. Our goal is to monitor our clients very closely and to identify any changes in behavior or physical function so that the care is efficient and effective for the person.
