Créé par Mathieu Grosjean, claviériste et photographe, gmö est un projet artistique à la croisée de la musique et de l'image. Après plusieurs années passées au sein de groupes rock et métal de la scène lorraine, il se lance en 2013 dans la création d'un premier album solo "Lightmares". Ses influences diverses (Tool, Anathema, Lunatic Soul, Vangelis, Hans Zimmer...) imprègnent sa musique de rock progressif, d'électro pop, d'ambient. Rapidement, ses compositions prenant une dimension cinématique, gmö est sollicité pour réaliser la musique originale de plusieurs documentaires animaliers. Parallèlement, gmö est également un photographe éclectique et oportuniste qui tente de retranscrire par l'image, les émotions qu'il croise dans son environnement quotidien.
