Create and present a comprehensive new employee orientation program, focusing on the practices and policies of the company and the expectations of the employees.
Train employees in the importance of food safety practices through a nationally recognized food safety course. Each training course can include up to 30 students. Responsibility includes proctoring an examination.
Produce monthly safety topics; distribute appropriate safety materials and ensure it is appropriately communicated to all personnel.
Manage quarterly safety inspections to guarantee restaurants are safely and efficiently maintained.
Inform management of new promotions, products, marketing, contests and incentives.
Responsible for maintaining uniform inventory for 250+ employees.
Maintain records for employees’ medical, dental and vision benefits.
Maintain records for all insurance claims; including workers’ compensation, general liability and property loss claims.
