 Create and present a comprehensive new employee orientation program, focusing on the practices and policies of the company and the expectations of the employees.
 Train employees in the importance of food safety practices through a nationally recognized food safety course. Each training course can include up to 30 students. Responsibility includes proctoring an examination.
 Produce monthly safety topics; distribute appropriate safety materials and ensure it is appropriately communicated to all personnel.
 Manage quarterly safety inspections to guarantee restaurants are safely and efficiently maintained.
 Inform management of new promotions, products, marketing, contests and incentives.
 Responsible for maintaining uniform inventory for 250+ employees.
 Maintain records for employees’ medical, dental and vision benefits.
 Maintain records for all insurance claims; including workers’ compensation, general liability and property loss claims.
