Futureproof

Futureproof is an IT Services business which assesses, trains and deploys software engineering talent. Our mission is to democratise access to careers in technology, especially within software engineering, where we know there is a huge supply and demand issue. Our training is completely free for the students, in order to attract people with ability, rather than the ability to pay. We only work with the top 5% of applicants and most come from STEM/Computer Science backgrounds. We then train them in full stack web development skills and once graduated, we deploy them onto client site.
