Building or hiring a team of agents for lead generation or live transfers, traditionally has been expensive and a time-consuming process with high failure rates. Many sales offices have turned to cheap offshore labor to cut costs, but due to the accents and inability of the agents to replicate the right vocal intonations, productivity has suffered and sales volumes are low with high cost per acquisition (CPA). Also, offshore agents have difficulty following a script and repeating it verbatim. Echo Live Agents solve the training, accent, and compliance problems. The way it works is remarkably simple. First, the prefect sales script is developed and then recorded just like your best closer would say it. Then the scrip is broken up into soundbites and assigned to buttons on a soundboard so that the Echo Live Agent can see the call flow. Echo Live Agents hear your prospects in their left ear, push the appropriate button and hear the pre-recorded response in their right ear while they see the text on the screen. Simultaneously, like karaoke they pitch your prospect.
