EBP South (Inc. Basingstoke Consortium) is an established social enterprise and registered charity that raises the aspirations of young people, offers insights to the world of work and inspires young people to become more enterprising and resilient. We passionately believe that the best way to inspire and motivate young people to fulfil their potential is to offer real work experience by bringing education and businesses together. By facilitating partnerships between businesses and education, young people are offered the opportunity to undertake work experience placements, workplace visits, information, advice and guidance about careers, CV writing workshops, enterprise experiences and mock interviews. EBP South is a Matrix Quality accredited organisation that also holds the Award for Education Business Excellence and Industry’s for National Standards for Work Experience, we are one of the leading organisations of its kind in the UK. Working with every secondary school in its area, we provide over 14,000 opportunities each year for young people to engage with the world of work. As well as having enviable contacts throughout the local business community, we are part of a network of EBPs across the country through which we can help to broker a wide range of business support for your school or opportunities for businesses to fulfil their Corporate Social Responsibility objectives. As a social enterprise and registered charity, all income generated goes towards providing high quality services for young people in the community, helping them become inspired, prepared and experienced for their future in the world of work.
