Our model is simple - yet necessary: From the farm to the store, we work with partners, suppliers and farmers that we know and trust. We make our food from scratch every day, using house-roasted meats and whole produce, inspired sauces, and pair them with one of our Parisian style baked breads.As East Hampton grows, we’re dedicated to working with the right people. We’ve built a family of 200+ hardworking individuals who care about developing future leaders and spreading culinary beauty throughout the world.
