Bus Operators are trained to provide assistance to passengers and Information Operators can be reached at 218-722-7283 between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. to answer route and schedule questions. Passengers can provide customer feedback using the online comment form or call one of the Information Operators. There are several major transit stops within the DTA system. These locations offer amenities for passengers such as Transit Vending Machines (TVM) and detailed system maps. The Duluth Transportation Center (DTC) has an information desk where you can purchase bus passes and ask questions. Most DTA Transit Hubs also have passenger hand schedules for the entire transit system.STRIDE is dial-a-ride transportation service for qualified individuals with disabilities in the Twin Ports. It operates in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). STRIDE operates within 3/4 of a mile from the DTA’s regular routes. STRIDE fare is $3 during peak hours and $1.50 during off-peak hours and weekends. All regular-route buses are equipped with “kneeling steps” and retractable ramps for easy boarding.
